When we provide a price quote to you, there are a few factors that are considered in the calculation. The largest determining factor is the size of the area being sealed. A Paver Sealing job has a material cost, therefore the larger the area, the more materials needed.  However, size isn’t the only factor, there’s also:

• The condition of the pavers themselves. Do they need cleaning and extensive repair? If so that could increase the investment of materials and labor needed.
• The types of pavers. Concrete, Clay, and Natural Stone have different levels of porosity, and may require different sealer. The costs of sealers can vary by type.
• The number of coats. Some sealing jobs may require more than one coat of sealer to achieve the desired result.
• Any discounts offered.

After you have received a quote from us, it is good for 30-days.

Not at all! We use the latest state-of-the-art soft washing and pressure washing techniques, which will NOT cause damage to your home.

Prior to our arrival, we ask that outdoor furniture and decor be stored away, and that cars are parked in the garage or down the street.

We will do an exterior inspection and point out any safety hazards.

We suggest at least once a year. In Florida, high humidity can cause mold and algae to grow very quickly. In high growth areas or in neighborhoods with a home owners association, you may wish to clean your home exterior every 6 months.

We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. Some jobs may require a deposit for materials.
